What does an engagement actually produce?

Each engagement ends with a written document — not a presentation, not a list of action items. The Digital Direction Read produces a short narrative of two to three coherent directions. The Stocktake produces an inventory and a sequencing plan. The Tooling Brief produces a one-page recommendation. You keep the document and use it as you see fit.

Do we need to have a clear brief before we approach you?

Not necessarily. The Direction Read is specifically designed for teams that feel they don't have a clear view of where to begin. A short note about what the team is trying to untangle is enough for an initial conversation.

How much time do we need to commit?

The Tooling Brief requires one or two conversations and a short context document — typically less than half a day of your team's time. The Direction Read involves one structured workshop (half-day) plus three to four short interviews with department heads. The Stocktake is the most involved, typically requiring a few hours per week from relevant people across four to five weeks.

Are you able to help with implementation after the engagement?

The engagements are scoped as advisory work and produce written outputs. We don't take on implementation, vendor management, or ongoing project oversight. If you need that, the written read will help you brief whoever does.

What industries do you work with?

The engagements work best with mid-sized Malaysian organisations that have grown their technology stack somewhat organically — across finance, property, professional services, and distribution. The key factor is whether there's a management team that needs to make a technology decision in the near term.

What are the payment terms?

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. We typically invoice 50% at engagement start and 50% on delivery of the written output. For the Tooling Brief (one week), full payment upfront is standard. All fees exclude SST where applicable.
